Exceeding client needs is our goal. We get paid by percentage (35% +/-) under contract, and we don't make
money unless you make money. We're fully motivated to fetch the highest price possible in selling your Estate
goods. Certified in Appraising and
experienced (over 30 years) in Antiques, Collectibles & Residential Estate Contents. While no one can possibly know it all,
we continuously perform
in-depth research and seek help from field specific collectors, historians and professionals. Barry will tell you upon
first visit if we can do an excellent job for you OR if we're not your best option. We won't sacrifice quality and
prefer not to rush through preparations because "haste makes waste".

on your own... gather & remove: keep-sakes, family photos, private paperwork, sensitive electronic media & properly discard only:
spoiled foods, prescriptions, bad batteries, used packing materials, damaged, worn-out, or soiled clothing & fouled furniture, especially from the late 70's or newer. Please Don't Throw Away Other Stuff without first getting advice... Rare Items, maybe even those broken or in poor condition, can have surprising appeal & value. Collectors, Artisans, Crafters, Decorators, Dealers and Do-it-Yourself-ers purchase items which may at-a-glance appear un-sellable.
